Privacy Policy

• Account: your name, email and login details (including Google sign-in).
• Projects: prompts, generated pages, images, files and version history.
• Payments: order amounts, status and payment reference. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card number.
• Domains: custom domain names you connect and their DNS status.
• Usage: basic technical data like browser type, device, IP address and error logs, used for security and fixing problems.

When visitors submit a contact form on a site you built, their message and details are stored and sent to you. For that data you are the controller and Gizo One acts as a processor on your behalf. You are responsible for telling your visitors how you use it.

• to run the builder, generate and host your sites;
• to process payments and add credits;
• to send service emails (receipts, leads, security notices);
• to prevent fraud, abuse and illegal content;
• to improve reliability and quality of the service.

Your prompts and page content are sent to AI model providers to generate text, code and images. We do not sell your data and do not use your private projects to advertise to you.

We share data only with service providers needed to run Gizo One — cloud hosting and database, AI model providers, Razorpay for payments, Cloudflare for domains and SSL, and our email provider — or when required by law or to protect our rights and users. We never sell personal data.

Data is stored with reputable cloud providers and may be processed outside India. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and per-account data isolation. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We keep account and project data while your account is active. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. After you delete your account, we remove your data within a reasonable time, except where we must keep it by law.

You can ask to access, correct, download or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance by writing to support@gizoai.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

We use only essential cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to make the builder work. We do not use advertising cookies.

Gizo One is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
