Terms of Service

Gizo One is part of Gizo AI, operated by its sole proprietor Sajad Ahmad Dar as an early-stage venture not yet incorporated as a company or LLP. The place of business is Bandipora, Jammu & Kashmir, India. Payments are collected under the GST-registered merchant Kashmiri Hamam Mill.

Gizo One lets you describe a website and uses artificial intelligence to generate pages, text, code and images, which you can edit, publish on a Gizo address or your own domain, and download. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Gizo One. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Give accurate information and tell us at support@gizoai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Gizo One is pay-as-you-go. Credits are bought in packs and one credit is used when a new page is generated. Edits to existing pages are free. New accounts receive one free page credit.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown before checkout and may include applicable taxes. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and are governed by our Refund Policy.

Output is produced automatically by AI models and may contain mistakes, inaccurate statements, or content that resembles existing material. It is provided "as is". You must review everything before publishing, including prices, claims, contact details, legal and medical statements.

Subject to these Terms and payment, you own the websites you create and may use and download them. We do not guarantee that AI output is unique, error-free, or free from third-party rights, and you are responsible for checking that your site does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights.

You are solely responsible for your prompts, uploads, published sites, domains, and any data your site collects from visitors (such as contact form leads), including complying with laws that apply to your business. You give us a limited licence to host, store, process and display your content only to run the service.

You may not use Gizo One to create or host:

• phishing, scams, fake shops, impersonation of brands, banks or government bodies;
• illegal goods or services, illegal gambling, drugs or weapons;
• sexual content involving minors, non-consensual or explicit adult content;
• hate speech, harassment, terrorism or violence;
• malware, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy;
• anything unlawful under Indian law or the law where it is viewed.

We may refuse requests, remove or unpublish sites, disconnect domains, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without notice and without refund.

You must own or be authorised to use any domain you connect. You are responsible for your domain registration, renewals and DNS records. We may disconnect a domain that is misused or no longer points to us.

If you believe content published using Gizo One infringes your rights or is unlawful, write to support@gizoai.com with the site address and details. As an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, we will act on valid notices within the timelines required by law.

We work to keep Gizo One running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, third-party outages (hosting, AI providers, payment processors, DNS) or other events may cause downtime. Keep your own copy of important work using the download option.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gizo One and its founders, staff and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, data or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.

You agree to defend and compensate Gizo One and its founders for any claims, damages, fines and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your published sites, your domains, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

You may stop using Gizo One at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if required by law. Sections on output, liability, indemnity and governing law continue after termination.

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them. For major changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved by contacting us. Subject to mandatory consumer law, the competent courts at Bandipora, Jammu & Kashmir, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
